  1. I pick mowers out of the trash like this all the time normally it's a gummed up carb or it needs a spark plug or something simple it's easy way to turn it around and make some money on it. Briggs & Stratton engines aren't hard to deal with as long as you know what to look for.

  2. What do you do with your chainsaws in the winter when being stored human? I use the ethanol free motomix in my stihl saws but the manual still says to run them dry in the winter when storing them but a lot of people say just to keep the good ethanol-free fuel in there and just run it once a month or so and just leave that fuel in it and that it's actually better to prevent varnish build-up then running them dry. But if that was the case then why wouldn't Stihl just recommend that? I don't know whether to run my saws dry like I usually have in the past and store them or actually keep the ethanol free motomix in them and just store them that way.
