How to Adjust Briggs Carburetor & Governor to Stop Surging on Mud Mower



My Off Road Mower w/11hp Briggs and Stratton had been surging badly and had poor throttle response. After adjusting the Governor and one-piece Jet-Flo Carb, I got the rpms back up to 3600.   1. It is always a good thing to balance the blade after sharpening, I noted that the top of the mower was shaking a fair bit perhaps due to an unbalanced blade.
