  1. good video but my Coleman 200u 196cc motor the works total opposite. if I hooked it like you did when you gave it throttle it would be taking it back to idle stop. wish this one have worked with mine. governor not working inside case. so stays wide open the way it is. good video though.

  2. Thanks for your video…made it much easier for me to follow your directions…so what did you do with the governor arm ? …..just remove it and left the bolt sticking out of engine ??

  3. Also connect a spring to governor in closed position because if it gets lose then the center piece of governor gear inside motor will fall out in engine and the governer rod hand will hit the crank..so don't let the governor remain lose.

  4. I am making a minibike, when i removed the Governor and put on the direct throttle this makes it a very short movement to full throttle is there any way to make this longer???

  5. Good video.  Okay just one more time please to make sure I get it right…how long is the throttle rod in the middle between the bends (or in the middle section) on each end?  Thank you.

  6. Ok so I did the direct linkage on the engine exactly like in this video and when I start the engine it goes full throttle once the choke if off. If the choke is on however it shuts off completely. Same experience?
