  1. You know what i do with the kawasaki motor is throw it as far as you can, there a POS! replace it with a Kohler or Briggs and Stratton engine! my 25 hp kawasaki in my zero turn blew the rings out in 3 yrs of use

  2. going to attempt this on 1998 Kawasaki FC 420 V AS22 . where can i find the torque specs for this engine and due have any other tips before I begin. Thanks.

I've always been an advocate of completely dismantling the engine to hone the cylinder because it's imperative to thoroughly clean the block afterwards to make sure all the microscopic particles of metal are gone. I'd worry myself to a heart attack about excessive wear from metal flowing through the poor little guy. Other than that, you're one of the best rebuilders I've come across on YT. Most don't know a tappet from a valve, calling a wrist pin a piston pin or have some stupid gimmick like fake teeth and insulting humor that just wastes time. Well done, well explained and perfect audio (which is also pretty rare on YT).
