Unusual snowblower start up. Lambert HS-64F! Rusty as wreck of the Titanic. Chokes & tosses snow!

Part 1. Wow!!…Now this machine is a national treasure .Belching a little wet snow!! ~ 1964 vintage. It is what it is…old and tired. Not really a 3 stage but….It looks like something Generals Patton, Rommel or Jules Verne would have liked to use on their driveways. Was hauled out of an old collapsing New England barn. It had sat sinking into the ground for years and I coaxed it to life. 6hp Tecumseh. They don’t make them like this anymore…and perhaps that is a good thing. A short part 2 vid pushing a little more snow is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlYX9BU5qaU

  1. Thats cool, you always find the most interesting snowblowers that were ever built. I like your video's, keep it up.
I see a Toro with a Suzuki behind it. My neighbor had that same mower, he chucked it and I took it. I ended up breaking it down for its parts. Some of the parts on that engine are worth a pretty penny. Mine was also missing the airbox cover and when I sold the parts, someone else asked if I had one. It was very common for those to pop off and get lost. Otherwise they were great engines. I have the 2 cycle version in my shed, that I pulled from a Toro CCR2000E. Gonna be selling that or its parts in the future as well. Its a runner.
