In “What’s My Mower???” Taryl shows you what to look for when your water cooled Kawasaki engine has a loss of power. Before the fix part, Taryl hosts a popular lawn mower related game show entitled “What’s My Mower???” where 3 contestants have to answer questions about their own lawn equipment for points. If they answer incorrectly, they take a zapping from the coil wire! Check out all the hilarious shenanigans here for the full story! And There’s Your Dinner!!!

  1. My problem exactly. No spark right cylinder. Checked the ignition coil, it was good. Did lots or reading… Some people suggested the time delay module (30$) others suggested the ignitor module (200$). Thanks to this video I checked the plugs coming off the ignitor and sure enough one of the female connections inside the plug had broken so I bypassed it with a spade connector and it ran like it should. You saved me a bunch of time and dollars, thanks!!!

  2. Hi Taryl I have a John Deere 345 with 18hp water cooled Kawasaki engine. I cleaned the carb and now it idles way to high at low on lever. Has single throttle and choke. Need help of why doing this. Was cutting off unless I moved to choke. Thanks

  3. I just watched this on July 7 19. You really should do more with this bit. It was one of the funniest you ever made. Maybe some new questions for the next round. But I love the way you get in all the shots on clueless owners. Abstract priceless.

  5. Kamasaki Briggs and Scratton, Khroler…hahaha Whenever I need a laugh I watch your videos and get to learn something in the process

  6. My JD FD 725 doing exactly what you are describing, I have it on the trailer to haul to JD in the AM. I will try your solution, thanks so much.

  7. Had the same problem with the 590v. Tried messing with the conectors and still didn't fix the problem. Tore the control module off the side of the engine and opened it up. Found multiple broke solder joints. Fixed the broke joints and now it runs like a champ. Save you allot of money by checking it out.
