WRENCHLIFE – BRIGGS ONE PIECE FLO JET CARB REBUILD – KIT 394698

The carb for the thunder bastard race tractor decided it wanted to end it all, but we brought her back from the brink with some new parts and a rebuild kit.

the carb is a Briggs and Stratton large one piece flo jet carb and is usually fitted to a 12hp I/C flathead/L head mower engine.

This video shows the process of installing the new components found in a briggs and Stratton carb rebuild kit no 394698 and nozzle no 299740

the video also shows what is included in the kit and how to remove the old parts.

  1. Thank ya Sir. Just saw the kit on Amazon for cheap. Better bet would be to go to my local small engine shop to be sure I get the correct kit. I'll also bet it would be fresher than one that's been sitting a while there.

  2. Enjoyed the video. Have a question. If the engine is running well, but the carb hasn't been rebuilt in a LONG time, should it be rebuilt as pm? I was thinking about pulling both jets to be sure they're not blocked and let it go at that.

  3. Hello nice video. I want ask main jet and air jet 1/5 turn is start point? And when starts motor need little bit one or next screaw turn out or in? And need listen to what momemt is the best? And maybe can you send adress from where you bay this all parts? Thanks vert much 🙂
